The Egypt Visa Application Process for an e-Visa starts by creating an account on the official Egypt e-Visa portal. Applicants then confirm their account, sign in and select the appropriate visa type. After reading the instructions, they complete the application form and pay the applicable fee online using an accepted card. Once the application has been processed, the applicant receives an email with the status. If approved, the e-Visa can be downloaded and printed from the account. The printed document should be presented to immigration officers when entering Egypt. The official portal currently advises travellers to submit an e-Visa application at least seven days before their departure date.
