Barber

Lorcon Industries operating as The Hair Bin, has positions available for a Barber.

We are seeking well-qualified and experienced Barbers to join our team of fun-loving, experienced and helpful employees. We offer a well-established and busy work environment with an available client base. Job Duties:

• Cut and trim hair with clippers and scissors, shave and trim beards and mustaches, provide hair color and treatment services as required, greet clients and provide good customer service, accept client's payments, some cleaning duties required.
• Computer and reception skills an asset.

Education:

• grade 12
• vocational or technical training, Barber/cosmetology license or equivalent,
• minimum 2 years of experience an asset. Busy walk-in barbershop work environment.

Wage: hour with a minimum experience of 2-4 years, with a minimum experience of 5 years. 4% vacation pay. Commission may apply after 6 month trial period.

Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years experience an asset.
• Computer and reception skills an asset.
• Busy salon work setting.
