Food Service Supervisor

Northern Rockies Lodge at Mile 462 Alaska Highway, Box 8, Muncho Lake, B.C., V0C1Z0 requires a full-time permanent Food Service Supervisor (35 to 40 hours per 6 day week, depending on seasonal requirements), year-round employment guaranteed.

Wage: $19.00 per hour with private room and board provided at $500.00-$650/month   Northern Tax Allowance (Canada Gov.),  After 6 months on the job, staff have opportunities to join one of our premier floatplane tours.
Location: Muncho Lake, Mile 462 Alaska Hwy

Job Duties: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Establish work schedules and procedures. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
