Title: SAFETY ADMINISTRATOR

Details:
Macenna Staffing Services is currently seeking candidates to fill a unique position with our clients in Fort St. John, BC. The position to be filled is a Safety Administrator. This is a part-time, permanent opportunity with the potential for full-time hours if the successful candidate is interested in adding to their day-to-day duties.
Our client, an oil and gas service company, is looking for candidates with previous safety entry experience. This is a great opportunity for those who are in need of a flexible work schedule during regular office hours.
As a Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for;
- ISN & Comply Works! upkeep
- Ticket tracking
- Arranging training when required
- Creating and leading safety meetings
- Implementing & creating policies and procedures
- Assisting with Audits
Application Requirements;
- Minimum 3 years in a previous safety-related role
- Previous experience with ISN and Complyworks! is a MUST
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience in a safety-related role and a valid Class 5 Drivers License.
Macenna will consider applicants with lesser experience as long as they hold a valid certificate or training in a safety-related field such as;
- Occupational Health & Safety (OHS Certificate)
