Shoveling Technician

• Part time, on call basis
• must be available for 2am (pending on how much its snowing)
• Licensed or unlicensed
• Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, stairs, and parking areas.
• Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials to prevent slippery conditions.
• Remove ice buildup and inspect surfaces for hazards.
• Load, move, and dispose of snow and debris as directed.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with general property maintenance and cleanup when needed.
