Tire Technician

Fountain Tire is seeking two Full-Time Tire Technicians to join our Fort St. John team. In this role, you'll assist with tire installation, repair, maintenance, and warehouse operations while helping ensure safe and efficient shop operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically fit, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tire Technician, you will:

• Install, remove, repair, and rotate tires on a variety of vehicles
• Safely operate tire service equipment and shop tools
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory in the warehouse
• Perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting and carrying
• Inspect tires and identify maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep workflow efficient and customers satisfied

• A valid Class 5 Driver's License
• A current and acceptable Driver's Abstract
• The ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent reliability and work ethic
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Tire service, automotive, or related experience considered an asset
