Northern Rockies Lodge at Mile 462 Alaska Highway, Box 8, Muncho Lake, B.C., V0C1Z0 requires a full-time permanent Cook (35 to 40 hours per 6 day week, depending on seasonal requirements), year-round employment guaranteed.

Wage: $20.00 per hour with private room and board provided $500-$650/month depending on which unit.  Northern Tax Allowance (Canada Gov.),  After 6 months on the job, staff have opportunities to join one of our premier floatplane tours.

Job Duties: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers. Oversee kitchen operations. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Set up and oversee buffets. Clean kitchen and work area. Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
