The Brick is currently seeking 3 Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations.
Duties include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and product information
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Responding to customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Processing and balancing customer transactions
- Scheduling technician appointments
- Providing administrative and customer support as required
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Basic computer skills and cash handling experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
